Step Four:

Thank the customer by name, and welcome them to Lawn Connections. Tell them that they will immediately receive a welcome email, followed shortly by an email containing terms of service and their 2012 season schedule with their scheduled mow day. Instruct them that, based on their service date and the day they sign up, they will be added to the schedule as soon as possible

Step Five:

Remind the customer that we are always here for them, and ready to take their calls, 7am-7pm Monday-Friday. Also remind them that, if at any time they are not happy with the services, do not hesitate to call us. We will do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
