Things You Should Know

Personal Items/Litter Removal Customer is responsible for all personal items (furniture, toys, hoses, pets, etc.). All personal items should be removed from turf and landscape areas prior to your regular scheduled day of service. Lawn Connections is not responsible for personal items. Any hidden rocks, golf balls, etc. that lay hidden from sight in turf areas may cause damage to customer's houses and Lawn Connections equipment. Please check your lawn prior to your regular scheduled day of service to remove any and all such items.

Billing All credit cards will be billed on a weekly basis, the first business day following your service. Cards unable to be processed will be attempted to process 3 more times before your next scheduled service. Should the card on file still be unable to process, your account will be placed "ON HOLD" until payment is made.

Irrigation Do not run irrigation or sprinklers for a least 24-48 hours prior to scheduled mowing days. Irrigation maintenance is not included in this agreement. It is the customers' responsibility to insure all turf sprinkler heads be properly maintained to prevent damage during mowing. Any damage to shrub risers incurred accidentally while trimming shrubs will be repaired promptly - report any damages immediately. Lawn Connections assumes no responsibility for damage to turf or landscape resulting from lack of or improper irrigation or drainage. If irrigation maintenance is required, Lawn Connections will recommend a licensed irrigation specialist to meet with you to discuss your irrigation needs.

Pets Lawn Connections understand how important your pets are to your family, and that is why we do everything we can to keep them from escaping. However, we do not assume any responsibility if they are able to get out. We recommend that you keep your pets inside or kenneled on your mow day.

Winter Service Services are available in winter months if requested.

Changes in Schedule/Cancellations In the event you need to postpone or change your weekly service in any way, we will need at least 24 hours notice and requests must be received by 5pm the day before. If no notice is given to postpone or cancel service, a $15.00 trip charge will be incurred. Permanent cancellation of services must be submitted in writing by using the customer service form. All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of your next mow day; no same day cancellations will be accepted.

Customer Concerns Any complaints/concerns regarding our service and/or work must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of the work performed, otherwise we will assume customer satisfaction and complete the charge as agreed.

Lawn Connections Maintenance Crews All jobs will be performed by uniformed professionals, properly trained and supervised. Many laborers do not speak English and all communication should be made through office personnel. Equipment, labor and materials will be supplied by Lawn Connections in accordance with acceptable horticultural practices. Lawn Connections will determine the date and time services will be performed. In the event of rain or other inclement weather, Lawn Connections reserves the right to adjust the schedules accordingly.
